ROCKLAND — Patricia “Aunt Pat” Ann Warren, 84, passed away peacefully on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021, at Tall Pines Community in Belfast.

Born Sept. 3, 1937, in Old Town, to Henry K. and Christy E. (Drake) Follett, she was educated in local schools and graduated from Sumner Memorial High School in East Sullivan in 1955.

Moving to the Midcoast area, Pat worked for many years as a seamstress at the former School House Togs company, before becoming the owner and operator of her father’s business, Follett’s Gloves. Pat would eventually rebrand the company as Pat’s Gloves.

Throughout her life, Pat was a Tupperware Dealer, a job she really loved. She also loved going to yard sales, hosting her own, and especially enjoyed camping and spending time with her four kitty cats.

Before moving to Rockland, Pat was a resident of Camden for more than 53 years and was a long-time member of the Chestnut Street Baptist Church.

Predeceased by her parents; her sister, Judy Whalen Staples; and her brother, James H. Follett, she is survived by her sister, Alice Hopkins; her nieces, Karen Thompson, Kathy Follett, Kelly Dyer, and Melissa Mank; her nephews, Kenny Follett, Timothy Hopkins, Paul Hopkins, Daniel “Danny” Whalen, and Robert “Bobby” Whalen; her aunt, Gloria Moore of Steuben; 14 grand nieces and nephews; and many great-grand nieces and nephews.

At this time no public services will be held for Pat. A gathering to celebrate her life will be held in the spring and will be announced at a later date.
