ROCKLAND — The South School in Rockland brought in 1,632 food items (1,400 pounds) to donate to AIO Food Pantry.
“Throughout the month of October, our students have been learning about the word unity,” said South School Counselor, Monica Karam. “Doing this project allowed our school community to come together to show kindness for others in need. The students and staff were so excited to work together towards a common goal of providing canned and packaged foods for our local community.”
