WALDOBORO — The Medomak Valley youth basketball programs are set to begin with players in third through sixth grades in Regional School Unit 40 eligible to participate.

The programs will begin with clinics on Saturday, Nov. 20 and with league play on Saturday, Dec. 4.

On the boys side, a clinic for players in grades 3-4 will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. and grades 5-6 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. pm Saturday, Nov. 20 at Medomak Middle School.

On the girls side, a clinic for players in grades 3-4 will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. and for grades 5-6 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20 at Medomak Valley High School.

Participants can sign-up the day of the clinic and masks are required to attend. The cost is $40 per child. Checks can be made payable to the Medomak Valley Boosters Club. Players can participate in the season if they miss the clinic, though it is recommended players attend.
