TENANTS HARBOR — Jackson Memorial Library, 71 Main St., hosts an exhibition of paintings by the Knox County Art Society with the theme “Hope (for the future).” The show runs through Dec. 10 with a reception Saturday, Nov. 13, from noon to 2 p.m.
The Knox County Art Society’s mission is to enhance the cultural life of the community and support visual artists by providing opportunities for creative expression, learning, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas, resources and skills. KCAS was founded in March 2019, welcomes new members, and is preparing its 2022 activities. Participating in this exhibit are society members Molly Mugler, Marli Thibodeau, Jean Kigel, Tim Moran, Heather Spencer, Karin Strong and Ann Tracy.
