The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Oct. 29 through Nov. 5:

Brian R. Day, 40, South Thomaston, two counts of theft and one county forgery on May 4, 2019, in Thomaston, four years in jail with all but six months suspended, two years probation, and restitution of $1,032.

David Atwood, 52, Rockport, two counts of refusing to submit to arrest on Jan. 12, 2020, in Rockland, 60 days in jail; assault on the same day and place, 60 days in jail and $300 fine of which the fine was suspended; unlawful possession of drug, 60 days in jail and $400 fine; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; trafficking in prison contraband on Dec. 13, 2018, in Warren, nine months in jail.

Jamie L. Nickerson, 32, Rockland, probation violation, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of drug on Aug. 20, 2021, in Rockland, 60 days in jail, $400 fine.

Mark Defino III, 19, Boothbay, criminal mischief on Nov. 11, 2020, in Rockland, $300 fine; assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct on Dec. 22, 2020 in Thomaston, $150 fine.

Japeth L. Scott, 22, Warren, operating under the influence with one prior, dismissed.

Sean M. Leigh, 21, Washington, operating an all-terrain vehicle on a public way, $100 fine.
