ROCKLAND – Trekkers will hold its 10th annual Community Auction Fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 23, at the Rockland Elks Club. The event helps students raise funds toward their annual dues and support programs for local 7th to 12th grade students. This year, there will also be extended hours, a Buy it Now sale, and free entry. There is no passed food this year, but there will still be a pie sale. Masks are required.
Hundreds of items will be up for bid or to buy, from gift certificates to local stores to travel experiences and the big-ticket item, in thanks to Fisher Engineering, the Fisher 1/2-ton EZ-V Plow, valued at $7,020.

Also featured will be include the South Africa Photo Safari, artwork, services, jewelry, outdoor items and travel experiences, gift certificates for lodging, fitness, and restaurants, and more. Doors open at 10 a.m. on Oct. 23 at the Rockland Elks Club. The Buy It Now sale starts at 5 p.m. and the silent auction starts at 7 p.m. The live auction, hosted by Bruce Gamage of Gamage Antiques, will run from 7 to 8 p.m.
