THOMASTON — Join the Watts Hall Community Players for a spooktacular Halloween-themed event on the Thomaston Green. Two shows only on Saturday, Oct. 16, at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please bring a blanket or chair to sit on and meet at the gazebo. The group will have dramatic readings, haunting performances, spooky skits, singing, dancing, and tunes from favorite local band Miners Creek.

No admission required for this performance, however, donations are welcome. The Thomaston Green is on Main Street between the Prison Show Room and Doug’s Seafood.

The rain date is Sunday, Oct. 17, at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. If there is inclement weather both days, the event will be moved indoors to Watt’s Hall, 174 Main St. Audience members are required to provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask if the event needs to be indoors. Please visit www.facebook.com/wattshallcommunityplayers for updates.

If you love Poe, Shakespeare, and everything Halloween, this is a not to be missed event. Come as you are or…as something else!
