The Busline League middle school soccer seasons continued to chug along, as Midcoast teams were in search of improving records with the postseason a few weeks away.

Girls

Camden-Rockport 3, Medomak 1

At Northport Sept. 27, the Schooners sailed past the Riverhawks. Camden-Rockport led 2-0 at halftime.

Molly Williams converted all three goals in the win for Camden-Rockport, while Scarlet Flint creased the net in the loss for Medomak.

Kendall Simmons made numerous saves in goal for the Riverhawks, including a one-handed diving save.

“Great defense and offense was played by Flint, Haylee Chandler, Ava Collamore, Rachel Barbour, Aaliyah Ten Broeck, Rachel Richardson, Summer Staples, Layla Carter and Grace Havener,” while “Grace Townsend, Cali Readinger, Peyton Eaton, Jennika Schumann and the whole team” displayed “great hustle” and were “fighting until the end,” said Medomak coach Andrea Williamson.
