ROCKLAND — The public is invited to CineMar, the first exhibition of Portuguese cinema in relation to the sea – Films, Conversations & Workshops – organized by Break The Anchor with the support of The Apprenticeshop. The 2021 event takes place Friday, Sept. 24, beginning at 11 a.m., through Sunday, Sept. 26, ending at 3 p.m.
This first edition of Cinemar takes place online through a diversity of platforms due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation. Donations toward Break The Anchor or The Apprenticeshop are encouraged, but the event is free with the support of the MNE – Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Portuguese Communities.
