The Oceanside of Rockland, Camden Hills of Rockport, Medomak Valley of Waldoboro, Belfast and Mount View of Thorndike high school golf teams were back in action on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, Sept. 7-10, which saw the Mariners sail to three home victories and Windjammers split four matches and Panthers, Lions and Mustangs dealt losses.

On Friday, after matches were pushed back a day to rain on Thursday, Oceanside bested Medomak Valley 9-0 on their home course in Rockland, while Camden Hills rebounded with solid wins over Brusnwick (5.5-3.5) and Mount Ararat of Topsham (6-3).

On Tuesday, the Mariners defeated Morse of Bath 8-1, while the Mustangs, who have only two varsity golfers, lost 9-0 to Lawrence of Fairfield.

On Wednesday, the Mariners defeated Lincoln Academy of Newcastle 6-3, while the Windjammers lost 9-0 to Brunswick and Mount Ararat of Topsham in matches played at Goose River Golf Club in Rockport. The same day, Maine Central Institute of Pittsfield bested Belfast 8-1.

Oceanside 9, Medomak Valley 0

At Rockland Sept. 10, the Mariners finished with a four-golfer, nine-hole stroke total of 167 to 234 for the Panthers.

The individual results, with Mariners listed first, were: Austin Chilles (40) beat Tyler Metcalf (48), 3+1; Noah McLellan (38) beat Logan Look (64), 5+4; Bryson Mattox (43) beat James Mayo (63), 4+3; Rhys Jones (46) beat Lochlan Murray (75), 4+3; Colin Landry (48) beat Aiden Abbotoni (59), 4+2; and Duncan Oakes-Nelsen (57) won by forfeit.

Noah McLellan finished at 38 to earn medalist honors.

Camden Hills 5.5, Brunswick 3.5

At Brunswick Sept. 10, the Windjammers finished with a four-golfer, nine-hole strole total of 174 to 180 for the Dragons.

The individual results, with Windjammers listed first, were: Parker Hilchey (37) beat Austin Stromick (43), 4+2; Aidan O’Connell (45) tied Charlie Austin (44); Liam O’Dwyer (39) beat Will Farchen (44), 2+1; Joe Coffey (53) lost to Ayden Marini (49), 1-down; Eben Fagonde (66) lost to Jacob Scarpchansky (51), 4+3; and Declan Buchanan (74) lost to Ben Farschon (52), 5+4.

Camden Hills 6, Mount Ararat 3

At Brunswick Sept. 10, the Windjammers finished with a four-golfer, nine-hole strole total of 174 to 177 for the Eagles.

At Rockport Sept. 8, the Eagles soared past the Windjammers. Mount Ararat defeated Camden Hills with a four-golfer, nine-hole stroke total of 184 to 197.

Maine Central Institute 8, Belfast 1

At Pittsfield Sept. 8, the Huskies bested the Lions with a four-golfer, nine-hole stroke total of 173 to 197.

The individual results, with Belfast golfers listed first, were: James Ritter (38) beat Owen Moore (39), 1-up; K.J.
