UNION — A 27-year-old Union man was arrested Sept. 4 after police said he fired a gun during a fight.

Jonah Farley was arrested by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office on charges of domestic violence criminal threatening and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Knox County Regional Communications received a report shortly after 11 a.m. Sept. 4 of a fight involving a firearm that was discharged behind the Common House of Pizza in Union.

Officers arrived on scene and separated two males. The incident is still under investigation, but it is believed the two males were arguing and a firearm was produced and discharged.

No injuries were observed.

Farley was released on bail later that afternoon.
