CAMDEN — Megunticook Rowing will host the 27th Megunticook Regatta on Sunday, Sept. 12 at Barrett’s Cove.

Rowers of all ages have been invited to race in single or double shells on a three-mile, up-and-back course along Rt. 52, or a 10-mile course from Barrett’s Cove to the north end of the lake, circling the islands and upper reaches of Megunticook Lake.

Rowers races begin at 9 a.m.

Spectators are welcome, and this is a COVID-19 safe event. Masks will be required for everyone, unless on the water.

Megunticook Rowing is a community-based, non-profit rowing program located at Barrett’s Cove on Megunticook Lake which provides rowing opportunities to people of all ages and abilities, from middle schoolers to octogenarians.
