OWLS HEAD The Owls Head Selectboard agreed Aug. 16 that masks must be worn when in the municipal building.
The decision comes as the region experiences another surge in the 18-month COVID-19 pandemic.
This means residents will need to wear face coverings at the annual town meeting Aug. 30.
The Selectboard also agreed to close the town office Fridays, beginning Oct. 1. The town office is currently closed Thursdays, but starting Oct. 1, the office will be open Mondays through Thursdays.
