TENANTS HARBOR — Ed and Kay Botkin will be showing their oil paintings and granite garden sculptures at the Granite Gallery, 68 Main St., from Friday, Aug. 20, through Tuesday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The public is invited to an opening reception Friday, Aug. 20, from 5 to 7 p.m.

This year, Ed will be showing several new works of realistic oil paintings of Midcoast Maine. The painting “Mooring Close to Home” is from sketches made on a trip to Monhegan Island.

Ed’s book “Maine From an Artist’s Palette,” depicting a selection of his Maine paintings over the past few years, will be available.

Kay will be showing her granite garden sculptures, including a new 56-inch-tall granite sculpture topped with a weathervane. The sculptures range in size from eight inches to over four feet tall and can be used inside as well as outdoors.
