Love-Webb named to dean’s list at Bates College

LEWISTON — The following students have been named to the dean’s list at Bates College for the winter semester ending in May 2021. This is a distinction earned by students whose grade point average is 3.88 or higher.

Sophie Love-Webb of Waldoboro. Love-Webb, the daughter of Walter K. Love and Margaret H. Webb, is a 2019 graduate of Camden Hills Regional High School.

Located in Lewiston, Bates is a liberal arts college, gaining 2,000 students from the U.S. and around the world.

Scheimreif named to dean’s list at Northern Vermont University

JOHNSON — Kane Scheimreif of Waldoboro, a student at Northern Vermont University in Vermont, was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2021 semester.

Students who achieve between a 3.50 and 3.99 semester average are placed on the dean’s list.

Northern Vermont University is a two-campus institution in Johnson and Lyndonville, Vt., as well as an online division.

Local residents named to dean’s list at University of New England

BIDDEFORD — The following students were named to the dean’s list for the 2021 spring semester at the University of New England. Dean’s list students attain a grade point average of 3.3 or better out of a possible 4.0 at the end of the semester.

Local students include Julia Bowden of Friendship, Josef Berger of Rockland and Jasmine Bouchard of South Thomaston.
