ROCKLAND – A memorial service for Harold Brainard Simmons, who died in Pasadena, Calif., April 23, 2020, will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 6, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. A reception will follow immediately.
