THOMASTON — Ron and Judy Hastings’ granddaughters created driveway art for July 4th as part of Thomaston’s home decorating display contest.
Felicity and Mina Jackson drew intricate chalk fireworks on their grandparents’ driveway.
The decorations consisted of a variety of original fireworks leading up to a grand finale with 13 stars to represent the original 13 English colonies.
Unfortunately the girls’ hard work was washed away in the rain before the judging began.
