The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from June 4 through June 11.

James M. Flynn, 54, Lincolnville, domestic violence elevated aggravated assault on July 25, 2020 in Appleton, eight years with all but 20 months suspended, six years probation. Flynn was convicted of striking a woman in the head multiple times with a crowbar. Her injuries were so serious, she was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland and the State Police Major Crimes Unit responded because of the possibility that the woman would die.

Krystal Ryan, 21, Rumford, domestic violence assault in Rockland, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation; assault, seven days in jail, $300 fine; criminal mischief, seven days in jail.

Shawn E. Willette, 47, Rockland, two counts of aggravated criminal mischief on March 11, 2020 in Rockland, two years in jail all suspended, two years probation and restitution of $49,920. Willette was arrested on charges that he caused significant damage to a fishing boat and two forklifts owned by his employer, J & J Lobster.

William B. Burke, 57, Camden, criminal threatening on June 16, 2020 in Camden, 24 hours jail.

Stephen Palmieri, 54, Foxborough, Mass., operating under the influence, 96 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $600 fine.

Michael R. Willis, 37, Cushing, probation violation on a prior burglary of a motor vehicle case, 150 days in jail.

William W. Havener Jr., 37, Rockland, unlawful possession of drug on Nov. 5, 2020 in Rockland, dismissed.

Valentino G. Graham, 38, Rockland, violating protection from abuse order on June 7, 2021, 48 hours jail, $150 fine.
