Maine Media Workshops + College welcomes Devin Fletcher as its new Program Coordinator.

An administrator, producer, and artist originally from Warren, Fletcher is excited to return to the Midcoast after almost a decade spent based in New York City and Boston. In theater, she has developed productions and programs at Lincoln Center, Joe’s Pub at The Public, Ars Nova, La MaMa ETC, Two River Theater, American Repertory Theater, and served as Executive Artistic Director for the award-winning Bluelaces Theater Company. She is a graduate of Emerson College, with additional studies at Harvard University, Beverly Hills Playhouse, and IUGTE Austria. In Maine, she has worked on projects with Bay Chamber Concerts and spent three seasons with the Camden International Film Festival, including much of last year as the producer of The Shotwell Drive-In.

“Most of my earliest memories are of growing up at the Workshops — eating an apple as a little witch in a student film, sitting for pictures in photography classes, watching the student slideshows on warm summer Friday nights — and getting to learn so much about storytelling from the very best. That campus in Rockport is a special place, where students and faculty become a family, and where learning isn’t merely a destination but a lifelong adventure. I’m excited to become a part of that, and to be joining the community of brilliant people who make it all happen,” Fletcher said.
