The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Jan. 1 through Jan. 8.

Stafford A. Goodman, 34, Biddeford, probation violation on a prior drug trafficking charge, 13 months in jail.

Cameron A. Dana, 24, Owls Head, probation violation on April 22, 2020 from a prior escape case, 45 months in jail.

Richard Brian Uffelman, 74, Charleston, elevated aggravated assault and aggravated assault both on Sept. 15, 2019 in Warren, both dismissed.

Colleen Orcutt, 53, Appleton, domestic violence assault on June 5, 2020 on Vinalhaven, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation; two counts of violating a condition of release, seven days in jail.

Jessica Alberti, 37, Appleton, four counts of criminal mischief on June 22, 2020 in Thomaston, unconditional discharges; refusing to submit to arrest, and criminal trespass on June 22, 2020 in Thomaston, unconditional discharges; assault, $300 fine.

David A. Carver, 45, Rockland, probation violation, no sentence imposed.

Kimberly F. Chartier, 37, Washington, criminal mischief on Feb. 13, 2019 in Washington, dismissed; two counts of domestic violence assault and one count of violating condition of release on Sept. 27, 2019 in Washington, all dismissed.

Chasity Keizer, 40, Owls Head, theft on April 11, 2019 in Rockland, seven days in jail, $78 restitution; forgery, $150 fine.

Bernadine Pozerycki, 53, Warren, trafficking in prison contraband on Jan. 2, 2019 in Warren, two years in jail with all but seven days suspended, two years probation.

Casey Dayhoff, 41, Warren, operating under the influence, 48 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Caitlin Brann, 22, Rockland, domestic violence assault on Dec. 6, 2019 in Thomaston, dismissed; assault, $300 fine.

Tyler C. Nickles, 26, Rockland, OUI, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Paul Connor Keating. 30, Brooklyn, N.Y., operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Roger L. Steele, 39, Warren, hunting without wearing hunter orange on Nov. 2, 2020 in Warren, $100 fine.
