The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Dec. 18 through Dec. 23.

Paul D. Rowan, 31, Belfast, aggravated assault on Oct. 14, 2018, in Rockland, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening on same date and location, 364 days in jail all suspended, one-year probation; domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail.

River Lombardi, 46, Camden, operating after registration suspended, $50 fine.

Hayley Nickerson, 20, South Thomaston, operating vehicle without license or beyond restriction, $200 fine.

Justin Wildman, 33, Augusta, violating protection from abuse order, 180 days in jail all suspended, one-year probation.

Justin Dennison, 44, Rockland, failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

Frank Fogg Jr., 60, Union, passing stopped school bus on Oct. 11, 2019, in Rockport, $250 fine.

Kara Salo, 35, Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked, $1,000 fine.

Ralene R. Hallett, 34, Rockland, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Jordan Smerdon, 24, Newcastle, operating while license suspended, $250 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Kevin Brown, 37, Rockport, refusing to submit to arrest, 48 hours jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, six months in jail, $500 fine.

Corey C. Curtis, 37, Rockland, failing to notify of accident, $250 fine; failing to make accident report, $150 fine.

Dylan Gray, 22, Thomaston, failing to notify of accident, $250 fine.

Eric S. Blumenthal, 49, Rockland, operating under the influence, dismissed; failing to stop for officer, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Anthony G. Raye, 36, Rockland, operating without license, $150 fine, suspended $60 of fine.

Peter David McGowan, 56, Searsmont, OUI, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension, $900 fine; operating without license, 90 days jail; violating condition of release, 90 days jail.

Valentino Graham, 38, Portland, operating while license suspended, dismissed.

Amanda Thurston, 32, Rockland, unlawful possession of drugs, $400 fine suspended, 14 days jail.

Wyatt Weaver, 35, Thomaston, domestic violence assault, domestic violence assault on Oct. 5 in Thomaston, four years in jail with all but nine months suspended, two years probation, restitution of $30,000.

Karen McKean, 59, Thomaston, theft of services on Nov. 7 in Thomaston, $250 fine; failing to notify of accidents, $150 fine; refusing to sign civil violation summons, dismissed.

Jessica G. Lee, 33, Washington, theft on Nov. 12 in Thomaston, $250 fine.

Amber Warren, 33, Vinalhaven, operating while license suspended, $250 fine.

John Melquist Jr., 49, Tenants Harbor, violation protected resources on Sept. 25, 2019, $250 fine.

Russell J. Johnson, 36, Tenants Harbor, untagged lobster traps on Jan. 31 in Tenants Harbor, $750 fine.

Jesse P. Reed, 46, Friendship, operating all-terrain vehicle on public way, $250 fine.
