The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Nov. 20 through Nov. 27.

Brian R. Burch, 27, of Rockport, was given a five-year jail sentence that was fully suspended for a burglary April 20, 2019 at the South School in Rockland. Burch was  also placed on probation for three years and ordered to pay restitution of $982. Charges of criminal mischief and stealing drugs related to the break-in were unconditionally discharged.

Police said Burch broke into the school and then into the nurse's office, where he stole medications.

The additional sentence was agreed to after he successfully completed a sentence at the Maine Coastal Regional Reentry Center in Belfast.

Other cases completed in the past week were:

Wayne S. Havener, 56, Rockland, two counts operating under the influence (Nov. 23, 2018 and Nov. 14, 2020), seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; driving to endanger, seven days in jail concurrent, 30-day license suspension, and $575 fine with all that fine suspended; violating a condition of release, seven days in jail; unlawful possession of drug on Nov. 14, 2020 in Rockland, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, $400 fine; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Brett A. Collamore, 21, Appleton, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 15, 2018 in Camden, unconditional discharge.

Benjamin A. Bailey, 24, Rockland, OUI; dismissed; driving to endanger, 150-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Matthew S. Catalano, 27, St. George, falsifying physical evidence on Jan. 27 in St. George, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of drug, dismissed; violating a condition of release, 48 hours jail.

Karter Billingslea, 22, Friendship, operating while license suspended or released, dismissed.

Brandon McAuliffe, 24, Warren, OUI, 48 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Alexander D. Gilman, 27, Rockland, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Cole Resmini, 23, Freedom, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Oct. 18 in Rockland, $350 fine; failing to make an accident report, $350 fine.

Tristan J. Roorikovitz, 41, St. George, criminal trespass on Sept. 30 in Rockland, $250 fine of which $200 was suspended.

Kimberly Sue Achorn, 51, Warren, theft on Sept. 19 in Rockland, $250 fine and $16 in restitution.

Phyllis G. Davis, 61, Warren, theft on Oct. 4 in Thomaston, $250 fine, restitution of $8.

Michael R. Mortell, 58, Monroe, operating while license suspended, operating while license suspended, $250 fine; operating without license, $150.

Camron Hopkins, 21, Thomaston, failing to inform law enforcement of concealed handgun on Sept. 15 in Rockland, $100 fine.
