Christmas trees and wreaths will be available for sale at Maine Sport Outfitters, 115 Commercial St., Rockport. The sale will run from Nov. 27, the day after Thanksgiving, until Dec. 20 or until trees are all sold. The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. the day after Thanksgiving; noon to 6 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekends. An honor box is also available for after-hours sales.

Net proceeds will benefit charities and nonprofit organizations. Recent donation recipients include AIO Food Pantry, New Hope for Women, One Less Worry, Knox County Homeless Coalition and Coastal Family Hospice Volunteers.

This year, shoppers will also be able to purchase Lucky’s Christmas Vacation raffle tickets at the tree sale fundraiser (while supplies last). Tickets are $10 each or six tickets for $50, and the winner will receive a certificate for seven nights at the Vanderbilt Beach Resort in Naples, Fla. Net proceeds from the raffle will benefit three local nonprofits that help people in need: Camden Area Christian Food Pantry; One Less Worry; and the Shields Mission Project. Due to COVID-19, the Christmas tree shop will not be open this year. West Bay Rotarians will all be wearing masks and customers will also be required to wear masks.
