Winds will turn out of the north and be breezy at times Thursday in the wake of a cold front that will bring some rain early in the day. Weak low pressure will pass through the Gulf of Maine Friday night that will bring some light rain offshore and breezy winds in its wake on Saturday. High pressure will build in through late Saturday and into Sunday with fair weather and lighter winds and seas. Strong low pressure will move in for the early week with rain and wind, building seas to near 8 feet along the Maine coast by Tuesday.
