Christopher Bonzagni, 36, Warren, probation violation, 14 days in jail.

Mark Gagne, 37, Boothbay Harbor, theft and violating a condition of release on June 26, 2019 in Rockport, 45 days in jail; six counts of violating condition of release, 45 days in jail;

Milford Thompson, 70, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Nicholase Hill, 29, Rockport, cruelty to animals on April 1, 2019 in Hope, $250 fine.

Benjamin Porter, 32, Warren, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Sept. 7, 2019 in Warren, $500 in fines.

Seth H. Cohn, 36, Lincolnville, OUI, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Stacey Valeda Marie Caron, 54, Rockland, OUI with one prior, 12 days in jail, three-year license suspension, $700 fine.

Amalie Dibenedetti, 28, Rockland, OUI with one prior, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Avrum R. Weiss, 67, Atlanta, Ga., failure to register, dismissed.

Jeffrey Smith, 58, Owls Head, disorderly conduct, dismissed.

Bradley A. Gunnell, 40, Rockland, OUI, dismissed; operating without a license, $350 fine.

Jennifer L. Fetteroli, 43, Waldoboro, theft, dismissed.

John Mesler III, 67, Warren, OUI, 48 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; domestic violence terrorizing on March 6 in Warren, seven days in jail; domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail; OUI, seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.
