The following is a summary of the three title games:

Division I

No. 1 Warriors 60, No. 6 Mishka Plumbing & Heating 44

At Waldoboro March 11, the Warriors ended Mishka Plumbing & Heating’s Cinderella run with a 16-point win to claim the league title. The Warriors held a 28-19 lead at halftime.

Goodale led the balanced Warrior scoring attack with 12 points, while Harrell and Stone-Patterson added 11; Leon, nine; Walton, eight; Cummings and Brown, three; Fernald, two; and Patterson, one.

Smith keyed Mishka with nine points, while Wilson and Cheers added eight; Kee, six; Ilvonen and Maloney, four; Chabe, three; and Rogers, two.

The Warriors were 15-of-24 (62 percent) from the charity stripe, while Mishka was 9-of-12 (75 percent).

Mishka cut its deficit to single-digits a few times in the second half, but the Warriors made good as it held off upset-minded Mishka — including a pair of free throws by Fernald and a 3-pointer by Stone Patterson — the combination of which brought the Warriors lead back to 10 points.

Goodale was a force to be reckoned with in the paint for the Warriors and at one point corralled an offensive rebound — which resulted in a Harrell layup — to give them a 46-32 advantage.

Ilvonen battled back with a hoop for Mishka, but the Warriors slowly pulled away after a Cummings layup, a free throw by Goodale and trey by Leon in transition to make the score 52-34 with 4:10 to play.

Division II

No. 1 Belfast 73, No. 2 Andes Variety 63

At Waldoboro March 11, Belfast ended the season unbeaten — and with the division championship — with a 10-point win over Andes Variety. Belfast led 33-28 at halftime.

Smith poured in 31 points to lead Belfast, while Korey Doolan added 16; Dakota Doolan, 12; Leonardi, nine; and Benjamin, five.

Ryan Blackmon netted 19 points to pace Andes Variety, while Brian Blackmon added 17; Powell, Lash and Gilchrest, six; Dan Taylor, five; and O’Donnell and Lee, two.

Belfast was 23-of-30 (77 percent) from the foul line, while Andes Variety was 6-of-11 (54 percent).

Belfast looked to seize control of the game after a trey by Smith, a strong take by Dakota Doolan and a Leonardi 3-pointer put it ahead 59-45, but Brian and Ryan Blackmon shouldered the offensive load for Andes Variety and kept it within striking distance.

However, Andes Variety got no closer than nine points the rest of the way.

Division III

No. 1 Alley Cats 44, No. 2 Cornerstone 34

At Waldoboro March 11, the top-seeded Alley Cats emerged victorious and claimed the Division III title. Alley Cats led 17-15 at halftime.

Staples led the Alley Cats with 12 points, while Cocco added 10; Genthner, eight; Thurman, six; Isaac Durkee, five; Kyle Durkee, two; and Flint, one.

Shay paced Cornerstone with 11 points, while Reid added eight; Kinney and Heretakis, four; Gledhill, three; and Chase and Keene, two.

The Alley Cats were 15-of-25 (60 percent) from the foul line, while Cornerstone was 0-of-2.

The game was low-scoring in the first half but picked up in the second, as the squads exchanged leads throughout.

Kyle Durkee hit a jumper to tie the score 31-31 with about five minutes to play for the Alley Cats, while Staples gave the higher seed the lead for good with a pair of free throws.

Then, Genthner buried a 3-pointer in transition with two minutes to go to give the Alley Cats a 36-31 lead.

Shay hit a trey to bring Cornerstone within two points, but a bucket by Isaac Durkee — coupled by free throws from Genthner and Isaac Durkee — helped seal the deal for the Alley Cats.
