A lifelong citizen of Rockland, Emma Hill, turns 103 Thursday, March 21.

Emma has resided in the same home for 80 years, and now shares her home with her grandson, great-grandson, and great-great-grandsons.

She is the oldest member of First Baptist Church of Rockland (now the Pursuit Church).

Emma taught Pioneer Girls and Sunday School for many years, and served the church in many capacities.

She is a proud American and a Red Sox fan.

Although her life is full, she has lots of room for a basketful of cards. Anyone wishing to send one may do so to 67 North Main St.

Her family and church family wish her a very happy birthday.
