Lori LeBlanc will present a sound healing journey, guided by the sounds of her Tibetan singing bowls, Saturday, Feb. 23, from 3 to 4 p.m. at The Dancing Elephant, 16 School St. This is an open community event, with a donation of $15-$20 suggested.

This offering is an invitation to open the heart, clear the mind and enter into a deep well of silence — come as you are and relax into a deep sonic massage. Participants will be lying down or sitting comfortably during the sound healing session. Registration to reserve a spot is required by calling 208-7492 or emailing Lori7bowls@gmail.com. All are welcome.

LeBlanc is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Sound Healer, certified in Polarity Therapy, BioSonic Repatterning and Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy. The consecrated seven metal alloy singing bowls she uses were handmade in Nepal more than 100 years ago. They have been used for meditation, healing, celebrations and teaching mindfulness.
