A live broadcast of the 91st annual Academy Awards ceremony will be shown Sunday, Feb. 24, at 8 p.m. at the Strand Theatre, 345 Main St. Doors will open at 7:3 p.m. for the Red Carpet preview. Admission is free. Attendees are invited to dress in formal attire or just come for the fun.

The high definition digital broadcast will originate at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, Calif. Oscar ballots are available in the Strand lobby, or on the Strand Theatre website, and the public is invited to submit their winner predictions to the ballot box in the Strand lobby at any time prior to the start of the awards show. Correct predictions will be entered into a drawing for a 10-Movie Pass Card ($85 value). One need not be present to win.
