Thomaston Public Library, 60 Main St., has programs planned for February vacation week. Programs will start each day at 1 p.m., and snacks will be offered. All of the programs are free of charge. The library is closed Presidents' Day, Monday, Feb. 18.

On Tuesday, Feb. 19, children will make and play with slime; Wednesday, Feb. 20, the theme will be art; Thursday, Feb. 21, the movie "Inside Out" will be shown; and Friday, Feb. 22, there will be a Lego competition. Supplies will be provided for each day's activities.

The programs are open to kids of all ages, but children under the age of 7 should have a parent or guardian present with them during the program. Most of the activities will take about an hour, except for the movie, which will be about two hours.
