Georges River Trout Unlimited welcomes Nick Mills for a presentation entitled “Fly-Fishing in Baghdad and other Angling Adventures,” at Flatbread Company, in Rockport, Jan. 14.  Mills is a global strategic communication consultant with many years of experience as a teacher, trainer, adviser, spoken-word presentation coach, public relations counsel, broadcaster and professional storyteller. Mills grew up in Thomaston and learned to fly fish for trout in the Alder Stream in Eustis with his father and brother.

The GRTU meeting will start at 6 p.m. with an informal gathering for those who wish to converse and enjoy a casual meal. The featured presentation begins at 7 p.m. GRTU conducts a raffle directly following the speaker.
