A consistent, often spectacular, high school indoor track season came to a close for a trio of Camden Hills student-athletes in the state Class A championships on Monday, Feb. 19 at the University of Southern Maine.

Audrey Clement, Catherine Heavey and Sam Hebert had proven consistent, and often stellar, in competition this winter (along with teammate Emie Wood) at meets around the state, mostly at Bowdoin College in Brunswick and Colby College in Waterville.

There is a chance, with his performance in the high jump, that Hebert may get the opportunity to compete in the New England championships.

Student-athletes who place among the top seven are eligible for consideration for the New England championships. The New Englands are on Saturday, March 3 at the Reggie Lewis Track Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College in Massachusetts.
