JBRE LLC has proposed construction of a 4,750-square-foot building that would consist of a retail business and a two-unit residence.

The $850,000 project is scheduled to be completed in spring 2019.

An existing house and garage would be demolished at 4-6 Cedar St.

JBRE, owned by Barney Hildreth of Rockport, purchased the property late last year from Charles Rowling III.
