It was a banner day — times three — for Medomak Valley wrestlers and coaches, who returned to Waldoboro on Saturday night, Feb. 3 with a boatload of hardware in tow.

After a bundle of individual mat battles during the daylong league tournament at Cony High School, the Panthers returned home as Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B champions.
