Joan Carol Baker, 81, passed peacefully with family nearby at home Jan. 26, 2018, at 9:15 a.m. from a long-term sickness. She will be missed by many family and friends as a Jehovah’s Witness and had the hope of a resurrection to earth in a paradise. She found hope in the Bible, and these are some scripture passages she enjoyed and that gave her hope. I Corinthians 15:12, 13 and Revelation 21:4 gave her hope and peace of mind, as it does for us. Please take time to look these verses up and gain hope also.
