Hope Elementary School seventh-grader Dylan Grant, right, collected toys, books, and iTunes cards for the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital, for the second year in a row.

Dylan was born premature at 25 weeks and lives with cerebral palsy. His mother, Moriah Grant, said Dylan was due to be born April 1, but was born Dec. 21.

Last year was the first time Dylan collected toys for children for his birthday. Instead of making a list of birthday gifts he wanted, Dylan told his family he wanted to collect and donate toys to children who are in the hospital.

Teaming up with Dylan this year was younger brother Carter, left, who collected new hats for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Dylan and Carter collected items at Hope Elementary School through Dec.19, with a delivery to Barbara Bush Children's Hospital scheduled for Dec. 20.
