Camden Police are investigating three burglaries in which cash was taken.

Three downtown businesses were entered, two of which by forced entry, between the evening of Sunday, July 30 and the morning of Monday, Aug. 1, according to Camden Police Detective Curt Andrick. Andrick did not elaborate on which businesses were the victims.

An undetermined amount of cash was taken, he said. Andrick urges business owners to not keep large amounts of cash on-hand at the stores and instead use the nightly deposit drops at the bank.

Police do have suspects and leads in the case.

On Aug. 2, they placed a surveillance video on the police's Facebook page seeking help to identify two people.

Anyone with information is asked to call Andrick at 236-7953. People may remain anonymous.
