This week, the Summer of Praise Under The Tent at the Top of The Hill (Maine Top Mill), Route 1 across from Ralph’s Homes, features the gospel music of Just Tim Friday, July 28, at 7 p.m.

Waldoboro resident Tim Connelly sang with Heaven’s Blend for a number of years. He had to leave the group due to health reasons and now sings as a soloist as Just Tim. A singer since age 7, now retired from a naval career, Connelly is a worship leader at Waldoboro Word of Life Church and has shared his music ministry with churches in Brunswick, Wiscasset, North Waldoboro, Augusta and elsewhere.

Sunday, July 30, at 6 p.m., all are invited to join several local churches that have been gathering together for a weekly time of music and ministry at The Tent. All events are held rain or shine; folks are welcome to stop by for as long as they are able to stay; bring a lawn chair (or cushion) if folding metal chairs are too uncomfortable. The tent is bug-screened; a good-will offering is taken to help cover traveling and other expenses. For more information, call 446-3288.
