Photographs by local photographers and friends of the Medomak Valley Land Trust will be on display during ArtWalk Waldoboro Art Walk Saturday, July 8. Medomak Arts, located in the village at 13 Friendship St., will host the exhibition with a reception from 4 to 8 p.m. Renown violinists Josie and Sophie Davis will be on hand to entertain guests with live music from 7 to 8 p.m.

The photographs on exhibit are from the 2016 multi-media presentation “The Celebration of the Watershed Through Music and Images” held at Broad Bay Congregational Church, in conjunction with the Medomak Valley Land Trust. The evening featuring Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” was conceived and performed by the Davis sisters, along with Maya French, Colin Wheatley, Jaime Feldman and Nate Martin. The photo exhibition will continue through early August, open by chance or appointment.

Medomak Arts fosters imagination and creativity for all members of the Medomak region by providing arts education, celebration and promotion. With a view of the Medomak River, Medomak Arts’ two large rooms and kitchen are available to rent for community and private events. High speed internet will soon be available.
