The 5th Annual Lobsterpalooza Mac’n'Cheese cooking contest will be held Sunday, Sept. 17, at 1 p.m. at the Rockland Elks Club, 210 Rankin St. This competition will include amateur and professional categories. All Maine chefs working in a licensed food establishment are eligible to enter in the professional category. The amateur category is open to all. There is no entry fee. Dishes must include lobster, pasta and cheese.
