Last year, a new Wadsworth Street Bridge across the St. George River was completed, replacing the old 1928 bridge. Hope Creighton chronicled photographically the two-year process of building the bridge. Creighton will show the photographic timeline of the construction of the bridge and demolition of the old bridge that she compiled, accompanied by music taken from different pieces with bridge themes, June 13, with a reception beginning at 7 p.m. at the Thomaston Historical Society, 80 Knox St.. Creighton is an amateur photographer who has been putting together photographic stories of events for many years.

After a very short annual business meeting of the Historical Society, the Wadsworth Street bridge presentation will start at 7:30 p.m.
