Registered Maine Guide Marion Gray presents a pair of programs with the Vose Library this month. June 8 at 7 p.m., Gray gives an illustrated talk at the library, 392 Common Road, Union, showing spring/summer views of flora and fauna along the St. George River watershed.

And Saturday, June 10, at 8 a.m., Gray leads a paddle up the St. George River into Round Pond. Meet at Ayer Park, Route 235, Union. Paddlers will watch for wildlife along the way. Participants will bring their own boats and equipment. Cost is $15 per person, or $25 per couple, with all funds going to the library. Rain date, Sunday, June 11. FMI, 785-4733.
