Camden Hills Regional High School has announced that the cumulative academic records for the Class of 2009 will be destroyed beginning Friday, June 16.

Federal regulations — under the Family Educational Privacy Act (FERPA) —stipulate that rights to these records transfer to students upon turning 18. As such, records will only be released to students with appropriate identification (license, passport, etc.) or to parents of students who present both signed permission from their student and appropriate identification.

If you graduated in 2009 and would like to have your cumulative record, please call the School Counseling Department at 236-7800 ext. 360/361 to make arrangements to pick up your record or with questions. Please note that the permanent high school transcript will be maintained in perpetuity.
