The Coastal Children’s Museum, 75 Mechanic St., will host a nature-based workshop with Brett Willard from Merryspring Nature Center Saturday, Nov. 19, at 11 a.m. During this workshop, Willard will talk to kids about owls. Children will also get a chance to get an up-close look at an owl pellet. As they pick it apart, they can discover what the owl had been eating. Space is limited for this workshop, preregister by calling 596-0300 or emailing programs@coastalchildrensmuseum.org.

Willard, originally from Burnt Hills, N.Y., has a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. His programs are hands-on and call on his understanding and love of nature.

This workshop is included in the price of admission and free for members.
