The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration has scheduled a National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, to be held Saturday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Law enforcement officers will be collecting unwanted or expired medications at several locations around the county.

Camden police will collect medications at the Camden Police Deparment, 31 Washington St.

Knox County Sheriff's Office will collect medications at the Union Fire Department, 567 Common Road, Warren Fire Department, 167 Western Road and Vinalhaven Fire Department, 67 West Main St.

Thomaston police will collect medications at the Lowe's Home Center, 164 New County Road, Thomaston.

Waldoboro police will collect medications at the Waldoboro Police Department, 1600 Atlantic Hwy.
