Five Town Basketball President Juan Alcala has announced that Five Town Basketball will host a Halloween fun day Saturday, Oct. 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Lincolnville Central School.

It's going to be a fun-filled day for kids who like to carve pumpkins, drink hot cocoa and eat candy. Lunch items, such as hot dogs and hamburgers along with cold beverages and hot apple cider will be served.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit will be on-hand to discuss safety measures for all of those little ghosts and goblins. As with all events that Five Town Basketball hosts, this event is open to anyone who would like to join in on the fun, it's not specific to the Five Town region.

Alcala would also like to thank Beth's Farm Market of Warren for donating the pumpkins for this day of fun.

To meet K-9s Gunner and Brady and join in on the fun, please RSVP by Oct. 27. In the RSVP, please indicate how many pumpkin carvers there will be in your party.
