The Union Fair will transform the Union Fairgrounds into the Union Frightgrounds and dares the public to walk The Trail of Terror the last two weekends in October.

This haunting experience will take place Friday and Saturday, Oct. 21 and 22; and Friday through Monday (Halloween), Oct. 28 through 31, from 6 to 10 p.m. Cost is $10 per person; children younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Note that for everyone's safety, no costumes on visitors are allowed.

Those who may not want to walk The Trail of Terror are encouraged to come for the free, all-ages maze and fire pit, where food, drink and s'more kits will be available.

The Union Frightgrounds — i.e., Fairgrounds — are located just off Route 17. For detailed directions or more information, visit
