Bay View Collection, a small group of distinctive, luxury boutique hotels whose properties include the Lord Camden Inn, Grand Harbor Inn, and the all new 16 Bay View, has recently expanded its management team.

Paul Yeaton joined the Bay View Collection earlier this year as a breakfast chef for Lord Camden Inn and was recently promoted to Kitchens Manager/Head Chef for the entire hospitality group. Key duties and responsibilities of this position are to oversee the food and kitchen operations at all three hotel properties, and play a primary role in ensuring that a high quality breakfast and small plates menu is consistently delivered to guests, which he has already made a great contribution to earlier this summer. Yeaton will also oversee the banquet food operations for private social events and catered functions

He comes to the Bay View Collection with 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry that includes stints on cruise ships to casinos and just about everything in between. In addition to Yeaton's extensive hospitality and service industry background, he is a very talented musician and avid outdoorsman.

With a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales and extensive work experience with Walt Disney World Resorts, Yeaton adds a level of professionalism and customer service that will surely enhance the quality and consistency of the menu offerings and the overall guest experience.
