This fall features more than 160 classes at Five Town CSD Adult and Community Education, found in the fall brochure and on the adult ed website at fivetowns.maineadulted.org.

Many new art and craft classes are available this fall, including Burlap Wreaths, Crochet, two different drawing classes, Quiltmaking Basics, Paint Your Own Pottery Mug and two different knitting classes. Over a dozen cooking classes are featured, including Dinners on a Dime, Cooking for Football (Tailgating!), Cooking with Mushrooms and Vegetarian Cooking.

Don’t miss out on our Home and Garden classes such as Extending the Garden Season, Winter Weeds and Woody Twigs, All About Tomatoes, Ticks and how to Avoid Them, Homebuyer’s Education, Grape Growing in Maine, Organizing Your Home, and Solar Energy: Power of the Future.

For those interested in health and exercise, the choices range from Exercise for Seniors, and Tai Chi to Strength Training, Tennis and Pickleball.

Other classes cover writing, finance, football, film, genealogy, ghosts, travel, bluegrass, and Spanish.
