Jessica Alexander, 40, Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison, stayed until Sept. 22; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 22.

 

Hamlin Freedom, 35, Rockland, three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed.

 

Viktoria L. Robinson, 32, Waldoboro, stealing drugs, 364 days in jail, all but 84 days suspended, one year probation.

 

Amy E. Grant, 48, Camden, domestic violence assault, dismissed; driving to endanger, dismissed.

 

Dustin B. Stimpson, 32, Union, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, seven years in jail, all but three years suspended, three years' probation.

 

Michael S. McGuire, 47, Waldoboro, violating protection from abuse order, seven days in jail, stayed until Oct. 21.

 

Ryan Temple, 32, Camden, criminal trespass, dismissed; criminal trespass, 45 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 22; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine, 45 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 22.

Courtney Dean, 31, Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors, $1,100 fine, two years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, stayed until Sept. 15, two years' probation, license suspended six years; operating a vehicle without a license, conditions restrictions, dismissed.

 

Lara J. Barrett, 32, Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $800 fine.

 

Zachary A. Andrei, 36, Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, stayed until Sept. 29, license suspended three years.

 

Dustin B. Stimpson, 32, Union, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, dismissed; three counts of violating condition of release, 30 days in jail for each.
